Dr Todd Smith ODTodd R. Smith, O.D.

Dr. Smith made the decision to be an optometrist at age 16. After graduating from the University of North Texas in 1987, he received his Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) in 1992 from the University of Houston. The last part of his formal education included a semester at the Corpus Christi Naval Air Station Hospital and another at Sheppard Air Force Hospital. He has the right to prescribe most oral and topical medications for the treatment of ocular disorders. He was one of the first to be an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and has been recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry since 2012. He is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma.

Kelsey R. Crawford, O.D.
Dr. Crawford is a 2012 graduate of Altus High School. She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from The University of Oklahoma in 2015 before graduating  from the University of the Incarnate Word’s Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas in 2019.  Dr. Crawford is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. She is also a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, and the American Society of Optometric Surgeons. She has a passion for primary eye care including contact lens fittings and children’s eye care. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Sooners with her husband, Colby. Together, they also manage their own farming and ranching operation in Hollis, Oklahoma.

Debbie is a licensed vocational nurse and a certified paraoptometric. She has an easygoing personality and strives to exceed patient expectations. Debbie has been a valuable member of our team since 2002.

 

 

 

Tamara started in March 2019 as Office Manager. She is a longtime resident of Vernon and grew up in Electra. She is organized and enjoys working in an office environment and assisting patients with any questions or insurance billing concerns.

 

 

 

Duane started in February 2019 as an optometric technician. He is a graduate of Crowell High School and the University of North Texas. He is hard-working and enjoys interacting with patients and providing exceptional customer service.
